wahhhhh, wahhhhh, wahhhh

I'm tired of this idiot. He's always complaining about something. badmouthing someone, telling lies about people to sell books, hitting women, I mean there's no end to this guy.

He's probably trying to get out of his mortgage because the prices are upside down, it's not that he can't afford it. He's just a slime ball and anything out of his mouth is trash.

why don't republicans bail him out

It's a pity the republicans haven't already bailed Jose out. They've taken care of all the other rich guys. Don't give up, Jose. Just ask your republican congressman for a special inclusion for you in the next bailout bill.

Conseco's Loan Agent and Real Estate Broker

These people are partially responsible for him leaving his home. Because they are driven by commission, the higher the home price and mortgage, the more they make.

Take these people off commission pay. They should get a "fair professional fee" for their work. It is not much trouble to sell a house or arrange a loan. As an appraiser I get a fixed fee that I bid on to get an assignment. I am a neutral, third party to the transaction, and have a fiduciary responsibility to the lender.

We could still have commission-based compensation for income properties. Invetors figure that into the equasion. Home prices need to fall by more than 50% in CA for it to be affordable, based on wages and cost of living for household items. Energy prices have helped cause this mess, but nobody is saying nationalize the oil companies. We should nationalize all the energy companies, then switch them to clean energy that doesn't hurt the environment.

Number manipulators always win. It is like a casino where the "house" has an advantage. Gambling with our money is no joke, these executives are so used to it, they'll figure out new schemes to get what they want. We should make greed a crime. Lock up the creeps, including the real estate brokers who are non-professional, greedy and cheating mortgage brokers who steered people into property they were not qualified to pay for. They just made people lie on their applications, but then, they signed them. Throw all those cheating homebuyers in with the sharks they made deals with as they should be eaten!

Conseco's loan and appraisal

I think we should publish this guys loan terms. We should see how much cash he put into his house deal the the sale price and date. Then we should find out who his appraiser was and publish their name. If we do this on every bad loan the government will have the background they need to deal with him.

In california it is a non-recourse state. You don't have to pay a bad loan, you can walk.

what if everyone walked that had no equity. Major chaos and problems. We could nationalize these houses and place people who actually can pay for a new loan at the current market value. If they don't pay, then we could take it back in 30 days. None of this squatting in your foreclosure for a year or two. I pay rent each month, why shouldn't they?
