How do i find out about this bill, and where do i apply? I have just recently went through a divorce and my payments are to much a month for me to afford. Do i call my present mortgage company and ask if i can get qualified for this new bill?

I have a 1973 moble home. I bought the place December of 2006. Because it is a 1973 not a 1976 I am having problems with refinancing. I have a five and one. Which means 5 year fix and after that the interest rate can go sky high or whatever the mortage company dicides to do. I want a 30 year fix mortage. Is there an answer out there.
