Retirement May Not Be a Casualty of Recession

Early Retirement Age is 62, not 6!

I just wanted to note a typo in the early retirement age you stated -- it is a little early on the early side. :-) "To date, the Social Security Administration has reported, the pace of people taking benefits when they turn 6—the earliest qualifying age..." Aside from that, I enjoyed your thoroughly readable article. I'd also like to note that Dr. Gustman and colleagues are affiliated with the University of Michigan Retirement Research Center.

Thank you,

Ruth
