I have found tons of FREE videos on homelife and exercise as part of my Verizon FIOS On Demand - Free offerings to keep it easy for me to exercise in my own livingroom and save on gym membership fees. There are great ab workouts from Body By Jacque as well as Walking routines for 50+ crowd. They vary the offerings monthly and provide a link if you REALLY want to buy the DVD.
