Hiugh end Medicare premiums

I don't think the high end Medicare premiums apply to taxable income, but rather to total income, i.e., taxable plus non-taxable. This rakes in more people

Part B payments deducted from SS checks

Please...is the premium going to stay at $96.40 or will it be increased (for the majority of people) to $104.20, as stated by most insurance reps.? I'm confused.
