Drug Assistance Programs

Prescription Assistance Programs are a great thing, but not many people have success getting accepted. The paperwork is very confusing and people don't want to have to deal with all the work. There are several companies out there to do the work for you for a minimal fee. Check out getmeds4free.com to see if they can help you.

Patient Prescription Assistance Help

Most pharmaceutical companies offer help for low income Americans without prescription insurance coverage. The problem is the hoops that the companies want you to jump through to get enrolled can be to difficult for many people to manage. There is a new company in Ohio that not only assist people in getting enrolled, but helps them stay enrolled, which is another hoop you don't hear about. Learn more at http://www.RxAid.us

Going the wrong way?

I read that $5-$10 albuterol inhalers have now been replaced with $30-$60 versions for the 20 million plus people who have athsma and emphysema. Anybody ready to take this on as a complete and senseless outrage?

The medical community so far thinks it is "above" the current economic recession.

Not so. You are going to see doctors' income and autonomy decline. You will see prescription drug prices declining (except for the most specialty items.) AND, you will see citizens use their new DEMS to finally get a handle on both the Docs and the insurance financing. Be patient. Change is coming.

One way you will get it is to purposely reduce the hurdles and qualifications for Docs to be licensed. The medical CARTEL must be broken. And it will be, but not without CITIZENS (as opposed to Doctors) in charge of the henhouse.
