The effort to pass the Employee Free Choice Act is gaining momentum. A possible speed bump in the form of news that Citigroup downgraded Wal-Mart based on the EFCA hardly seemed to matter. A new Gallup poll, conducted March 14 to 15th, finds that 53 percent of Americans support the bill, which would make unionization easier, among other things.
Most surprisingly, the poll even finds that 60 percent of Republicans support the EFCA.
