It will also be equally important to restore the business values that regarded employees, shareholders, and management as partners. These value have been vastly eroded in the years. Management have robbed employees and shareholder alike. We cannot sustain our business prowess in the world if we do not have the view of building businesses for the long term and to distribute the wealth fairly between all participants.
American businesses MUST have a good reputation for being honest and fair in order to maintain our stock markets and our communities.
