Taxing consensual activities is nonsense. As for taxing medicinal marijuana patients, would you tax prescription drugs? Why medicinal marijuana? Instead, decriminalize consensual activities, and levy no fees, fines or taxes. Why would we want to feed the state? I cannot fathom the words "Libertarians for Taxation." Taxation is theft, pure and simple. Nick Gillespie should come up with a different label than libertarian if he wants to advance the idea that taxation and libertarianism are anything but mortal enemies.
