Entrepreneurs don't need to learn in college

Entrepreneurs don't need to learn in college in order to be a business owners. Yes they must have a well defined business goal and business way to get that ownership.

One DOES often need (some of) the knowledge found at college, depending on field. It's truly a great thing, though, that if you have ideas and drive, your OWN business does not have a pesky HR person nitpicking your GPA or your resume to "weed you out". Entreprenuership, though, is not a cakewalk, even for Bill Gates.

A disadvantage is maybe not knowing the competition and pitfalls as well as you might. For some, though, "not knowing any better" has been the driver for plowing forward.
