Pet Cloning: Is It Animal Abuse?

Back to blog

Strange but okay.

I only agree with pet cloning if no pet is harmed during the experimentation. During most experiments they ARENT using dead animals but live ones. I am also concerned for any health problems that the animal might have after being cloned. You may have your best friend back but isnt that selfish if he has heart problems, etc? I think that we should focus on saving the animals being killed in the shelters everyday before breeding more.

I think you may be missing my point.A clone of the dog is a generational twin.Ill spell it out for you.

1.yes it will look like your former companion

2.It may or may not have the same temperment or genectic defects.

3.here is your eye opener. If you know what to expect by prior history then logic would dictate you would anticipate a health challange.Right? Then save the animal pain and suffering with that fore knowledge.

I am well aware that animals have feelings and intellagance that is different than the way we understand. We expect that if its not human then we can do as we please.I am a vegitarian and respect all animal life. All animals have emotions feel pain and have souls.

Just because their lives are not as complicated as we humans make it dosent mean the are less equal.

Like any thing else the birth of any one is a crap shoot.

I disagree with your opinion but I do nit disagree with your right to express it

Animal cloning

I think its somewhat wrong and right because the animal doesnt live long and comes to this world to suffer and the animal can come out with complications and why would u want that to happen to a poor animal. u wouldnt want thet to happen to your child and have your child born with defects so why should an animalhave to go through that. they have feelings to and they feel pain.

A friend forever

Well well well,

Seems like in this case the Humane Society really shows its agenda.Get what they want you to get.Adopt a pet.Hey do as you want.If you can afford to have your best 4 legged friend back(a next generational twin). Why not.The Humane socirty give all types of anti cloning excuses but lets be honest,it isn't your happiness .Its just dollars and cents for them.Dont get me wrong they do some good for the unwanted pets however they like every one else wants the green stuff. So dont like what I said too bad.The truth hurts.Especialy when its your bottom line and not the strings of happiness in someones heart.
