PRETTY DUMB

Well thats common knowledge! Of course no one has to stay at one job or do the same thing forever - Even during the Yuppie ( jerks and idiots whose kids are so stupid today they voted for obumster!) craze, the rule was that everyone will have at least 5 career paths that mark their adulthood through retirement. Still, the "information" here is absolutely useless - quoting after the fact statistics regarding career changing by individuals 50 plus? Well, isnt that why people come to the site? we are 50+ and looking to find a new career whether your statistics look happy or not! This data doesnt help anyone in the search direction nor support in finding a new job.

career changes after 50 uhh hmmm...

What jobs pays almost 40% less, but doesn't involve a manager or someone who is looking over you? I think there is more to this. This doesn't make sense in that regards, but, it seems there are lessons here. A less stressful job that pays less, and carries less responsibility, and greater flexibility in schedule, means this to me: Someone over 50 who has no longer has responsibilities of taking care of dependents, has decreased their stress and expectations and worries, significantly, and also, doesn't have to perform, and isn't expected to perform, at the same level or same type of job as those who are younger. Knowing you are needed, but don't need to be there, is a great relief. I am the dictator and I approve of this artivle. www.dictatormovie.com
