A way to save money in retirement is to swap your landline and cell phone in for a prepaid phone. You waste way less money and of course, only pay for the minutes that you use. You can also make long distance calls to relatives and friends on the other side of the country. With a prepaid cell phone you can carry it with you wherever you go, which means you can call from the grocery market, or use it for emergencies on the road.

Being a senior citizen living on my savings and meagre social security, I have not option but to scrape the barrel.
