Chief of Police

Okay, this man is one of my best friends and I am a police officer in California and we chat or email all the time. He is as sharp as ever and he isn't the kind of guy you feel sorry for. I will tell you that he is an excellent police chief and I hope that the state or Ill or someone will step up and help him. As an added note, I don't think I would let him cut my hair... but what the heck a bad hair cut grows out and he wouldnt remember me not paying. I love the guy. RJO
