Hardship Withdrawal penalties

Am I dreamng? If you take out a withdrawal for personal hardshi you couldn't possibly pay the penalty and taxes. You are in a time in your life where you need help not be punished for an action that you would never have concidered. Who knows what will happen from day to day. I was on medical leave from work, lost my job, went back to school and now have a good job. My husband has been on medical disability for 2 years. We need help now. We have worked hard all ours lives and raised our children. .......Thanks Obama.....Bee in SC

President Obama

PRESIDENT OBAMA is doing a GREAT job...he was left holding the bag with one hell of a mess! My earlier question was mostly a fact finding question. Having a 2 member family that are both on SSDI, I was just wondering how & if this fits in with any of his packages? GO PRESIDENT OBAMA!!!

One more thing that really ekes me is when some of the new casters call him by Mr. OBAMA!! When ever I hear that I write to the station right then & give them a lesson in English & but mostley in Edict!!!!

Obama's Plans for Your Retirement

What about those that had to start SS, because of health reasons? Then later file for SSDI? Will they then also get their increase from the age of 62? Or from the SSDI? Which is about the same amount you would receive @62? Also, how do we know this is all true? Thanks.....Robin from Maine

Being Gullible is putting it nicely

Bravo!!! Thanks for saying that. Alot of people are sitting around medicating on doom and gloom. Fear comes from lack of knowledge and if we would focus on the message and not so much on the messager (I personally think he's great) things will look alot better. Did you all forget that this situation that Present Obama is dealing with came along with the job he didn't bring it with him, things can't get any worst it can only get better. PLEASE GIVE HIM A CHANCE!!!!! Can't you see this MAN IS A BORN LEADER He was born and raised up just for this time in history. Someone knew we would need someone of his caliber to bring us thru. He needs our help to accomplish what God has for us. Believe me he is not going to fix anything thats not broke.

obama is a joke, that is right!

Here it is January 31, 2009 just a couple weeks that our new president has been in office and nothing has changed other than the fear of me and my husband really having to pay for everyone else not paying for themselves. I did not vote for this man because I am smart enough to know that he was not qualified for this office. He will be taking our money he will be taxing us and we will be struggling. all for those who do nothing but sit and wait for their monthly checks to arrive. Give me a break this country is going to fall harder then it ever has before.

obama is a joke

Obama is a joke and he makes people want to not work hard because they are working hard to help everyone BUT him/herself. Obama has no experience and won the election because of one reason. I know now that I will look to quit my job so I can just live off the government and everyone else who actually works hard to make his/her money. All of his plans show that working hard is a bad thing. Why would any person want to work hard to earn money if a big chunk of it was going to everyone else who is too lazy to get off of his/her ass and get a job. Some people need the help yes but most just choose not to get a job, and I am the one paying for their homes, education, T.V's, and accessories.

national problems

I don't know how, but apparently no one has noticed that our economy didn't start going down the toilet until the democrats took over congress 2 years ago!
