Starting A Consulting Business

I just read your article and it was very enlightening. I received my MBA in 2005 and I have been self-employed in the wireless communication for about 4 years. I currently own stores but I'm in the process of selling both locations and although I don't have any experience as a consultant. I'm confident my education in conjunction with my experiences, specifically in the wireless industry will enable me to start a successful consulting firm specializing in wireless communication. I understand not having worked for an actual firm makes life much more difficult because I lack some of the valuable industry insight.. but my approach was to market my service to smaller companies but I'm not sure how and what to charge for my services. I'm also interested in some additional marketing advice. Thanks in Advance.

Tip #5

Know something worth other people paying you for imparting that knowledge.
