Never Tell Anyone Anything!!!

Always suggest but don't tell anyone anything. They may take it as telling them what to do when a suggestion is subtle and not as harsh. A suggestion also prompts feedback gaining participation in the discussion. This way in case I've overlooked any aspects I can respond with praise for pointing out another option without a meaculpa required.
