If "Suzanne's" goals (as above) are to attend "team" meetings, present "projects", listen to other "projects" and send E-mails, then Suzanne's job should be eliminated by a smarter boss's boss. This article is corporate-speak on wheels.

Susanne is either making something, serving something and cooperating helpfully every day with other like-tasked people---or she and her whole position is deadweight. "Projects"? Say what? Is work flowing? Are customers being served? Is value being created? Is harmony abounding? What the heck else is there?
