what is his problem.what is he on ? it makes him feel big to make others feel small and he's good at it. he can take your income your house payment
food off you table.after 6 years working for this big rich company....and he will sleep well at night.I do know one day this bigger than life man will stand be-4 a judge the judge of all men ( by the way he done not think it's a GOD ) and all his lies and treatment of other will come out and at this day he will know he's not powerful, in the end GOd will win Mr.B so keep up your power trip...and that big house you talk so much of and the wonderful life and your wonderful never done any wrong family... a man can only rule but so long. your may fool the world BUT NOT GOD.

There is too much to tell, but this guy is bad news. I have read things on here that sound so much like him it's crazy...Someone get back to me on this.....A boss should complain up rather than down to emplye under him right????I'll be back to post more on htis guy..

Bad Bosses Ruin People
You are describing my boss.
He didn't hire me, but now, he only hires very young women with big chests, and men who think like him; he plays favorites without shame; and he cheats on his wife (who also works here and we are in a small town) with the best friend of his boss...at his boss' home.
He lies to his employees; he boldly breaks federal privacy and employment laws; he regularly drinks to excess with his young employees; and he takes credit for every single idea that is given him.
There is more, but I just totally got depressed thinking about this.

The Stench of Bad Bosses
Talk about a hard lesson to learn. I left a company after 12 years to take what I thought was a really great job heading up my own division. What the job turned out to be was a lackey/personal assistant/whatever fancy strikes the boss position for the boss whose main joy in life was to rip the staff in staff meeting and then pass out home-made treats the next day. She is one sick sister. Every time I would ask about the job I was hired to do, I would get "This is how we do things around here." I stuck it out for 1 year and 1 day and gave notice. The best part about that job was driving out of the parking lot on my last day.

Bad Bosses
This fits me so perfectly. It has been 18 months since I quit my job because of a bad boss. It was so evident that the company didn't even refuse my unemployment claim. Still have dreams of running into him somewhere and embarassing him in public.

Think bigger
There are proportionately as many "bad" bosses as there are "bad" employees. Corporations (and their Republican friends in government) insist we must have "employment at will" so "bad" employees can be fired more conveniently for "any reason or no reason."
I contend that citizens should rise in protest of "employment at will" so good employees can (with less personal risk) buck the bad bosses. Given the author's implication that bad bosses HURT businesses badly, a pretty good argument could be made that eliminating employment at will would actually be as good for the business as for the employees.
Republicans, to a name, would be against this. But, then again, most bad bosses ARE Republicans, and vice versa.
