One word is a bit revealing here

I like the theme of this article (the part about Miss Arti), but one word-----use of the word "underling"---was a tone-killer. Speaking that word above, where the phrase"new worker" would have fit the context better, reveals something questionable this author's thought process. It leads us to wonder whether nine years of HR experience really does qualify anyone to preach about real leadership---or whether the exact opposite is more likely true.

Underling! Good grief.
