Market halts

Roubini gave an excellent talk yesterday in which he predicts the very high likelyhood that markets will have to be haletd "in the coming days". He kind of freaked out the audience of economists and bankers he was talking to. But since, so far, Roubini has been dead-on about this meltdown, I suspect he's right this time again.
