Pairings

The Pairings are all day! Not like McDonalds

I'd love

to be able to get an egg sandwich with my coffee! Only question is....will they restrict it before 10 or 1030 am, like McDonalds....or, offer it all day, like Dunkin Donuts?

Can't help it...I am simply NOT a morning person, but I really do like a breakfast sandwich...usually around 1 or 2pm!

ba duh duh duh duh I'm lovin it.

Actually Starbucks has been selling breakfast sandwiches for quite some time and they've been a huge hit. I do, however, think that they have strayed a bit too far away from coffee and need to relax on the food items. I actually work there and when I heard of the idea I made a joke about the value menu and asked if customers could supersize it...everyone thought it was hillarious, except the district manager.

crazy.

What? I understand that they're going low on money and such, but selling breakfast? Egg sandwiches, none the less?!

"pairings"

Leave it to Starbuck's to push a hard-boiled egg as culinary compliment to coffee. There is a big difference between a food-pairing and an add-on.

You want fries with that?

"Yes hi I'll have a tall half-skinny half-1 percent extra hot split quad shot (two shots decaf, two shots regular) latte with whip."

"you want fries with that?"

Luxe Life

Luxury is no longer the sole province of the elite. Upscale goods and services now target a much broader market. Kimberly Castro, deputy business editor of U.S.News & World Report, takes a look at the luxe life, from fine wines and cars to high-end real estate and wealth management. Though no elitist, Kim does admit a fondness for a bold bottle of Scout's Honor from Venge Vineyards and satiating her wanderlust in Europe.
