Excellent news

This is excellent news! I just visited DC in April and although I LOVED the city, I was disappointed by the lack of recycling facilities. I wrote a blog post complaining about this and wrote to DC Information. Lo and behold, they wrote me back referencing this article. Bravo - this is excellent news! :)
