Does Reynolds Offer Proof of the Recyclable Content Claim?

I'm just curious -- what proof is Reynolds using to support its claim that the product contains postconsumer recycled-content?

Forgive my skepticism, but I spent $2500 on an LG Electronics manufactured refrigerator that claimed to meet the Energy Star standard. I found out afterwards that the refrigerator doesn't even come close to meeting the Energy Star standard. In fact, it uses twice as much electricity as LG Electronics claimed.

I now look for actual proof of environmental claims.
