4 Things Sarah Palin Believes About the Environment

Back to blog

If Palin understands environmental issues then we can only assume that she has no regard for them. She has absolutely no consideration for the environment except for its use for oil and sport. She believes God put animals on earth for man to exploit and rule over. But she doesn't see how man has a responsibility to ensure the survival of this gift from God. She is as ignorant about Alaskan ecology and conservationism as she is about any other topic that demands an iota of rationality and intellect. You don't have to be an envirowhacko to put the environment before reckless consumerism, you only have to believe that we have some responsibility to our creator to not condemn our planet to fire and brimstone.

Palin supports the pebble Mine on Bristol bay, which could release cyanide into the last good salmon fishery.Seems she cares more about Anglo-American corporation than her own constituents.

Review

Palin and her views are rediculous. She has no feelings for what we need, the environment.

I say instead of drilling for oil, we drill her into the ground, and leave her.

Sorry if that sounds 'mean.'

My thought about Palin.

Why would you vote for somebody that doesnt have any experience. You also gotta think about the enviroment. Especially now that we are dealing with Global warming. There are many issues that we are going through us Americans. It seems to me that Palin doesnt care whats going on in the world. Thats why Im voting for Obama. I believe that Obama has a better understanding for us Americans. GO OBAMA!!!!

TRIANGULATION warm log

I am sure that there are plenty of positives out there, but what have you seen for yourself? Sometimes I can't help but make a move with my spiritual type Wanna very nice joke?)) What has four legs, is big, green, furry, and if it fell out of a tree would kill you? A pool table. Lets talk!

Horrible

She's not only not an environmentalist but she's ANTI-environment and EXTREMELY curel to animals.

Alaska has 6 times the National average of child sex abuse and rape, yet she has done nothing about it.

It really amazes me that people would actually consider that she could well end up being the president of this country.

A leader with no compassion, that is just unthinkable.

It amazes me how cruel and thoughtless people can be.

Its all about money.SAD.

Palin

Shes not getting anywhere near the REAL problems just about Alaska. If she is gonna be vice president of the WHOLE united states then she should start taking EVERYTHING important....maybe she should start thinking that its not all about money but i guess thats everyones way of think(lets not save the planet and make more money)

What the author didn't include is that Sarah Palin supports (even with proposed bounties) the shooting of wolves and bears from airplanes. Her purpose is to preserve more moose and caribou for tourist hunters. She's also working on getting the subsistance hunters in Alaska, primarily Native Americans, prohibited from hunting selected areas.

She's a nightmare for anyone who cares about the earth and its creatures.

I can't imagine someone of her absent qualifications being elected to any high office. She needs to go back to Wasilla, if they'll have her.

Alaska's "money" green - insurance fraud

Sarah Palin loves green!!! Money green and lots of it. She was only picked because she has the "keys" to Alaska's oil, gas and gold. Money green. Someone needs to take a look at how she treats human beings. The only green she sees there, is money saved by allowing insurance doctors to deny medical (which is more "money" green) care to Alaskan workers. I would like to see someone do a story on that "side" of Sarah Palin and her state sidekicks. Environment means people, too.

Sarah Palin's lack of concern for Alaskans is shown in her allowing insurance fraud to be perpetrated on the workers of Alaska. Many of her key state personnel are doing this and the evidence is undeniable. Documents of outrageous fee schedules are available. Doctors who make a living at taking away medical and financial help from individuals in need, travel to Alaska under the governing hand of Sarah Palin's key personnel. If the American worker is considering voting for Sarah Palin, go to the Workers compensation web site for the state of Alaska and see first hand the denied cases. The hearing officers and assistant attorney generals from the Alaska Attorney Generals office represent these "doctors" the hearing officer is part of the team who picks the doctors. Watch for a web site where documents will be displayed. Sarah's allowed abuse of Alaskan's could become a part of your life.

VP pick

I think it is a ridiculously calculated move. I don't think it was, in the least bit, a wise choice. With McCain being diagnosed with cancer, that makes his decision, terrifying.
