Help from the US EPA

It's no wonder the Beijing skies are not getting more clear - despite the fact that the city is reducing the number of cars on the road. They should have asked the head of the US EPA for an opinion. After all, he has declared that car emmissions are not a problem that the EPA needs to handle. Now why would the Chinese think they could improve their air quality by reducing the number of cars on the road? Hmmmmm. Someone has to be wrong here.
