Chrysler Product Quality.

I have had many new vehicles in my life G.M. Ford and Chrysler, Every new G.M. Vehicle I ever bought was plagued with problems, one was a New Corvette, I had better Luck with Fords other than Quality of fit and finish, I have even had a New Toyota that had problems that the Dealer could not Fix, But all the Dodge and Jeep Vehicles I have Had have been Reliable and Trouble Free.

I'm happy to see comments supporting Chrysler vehicles. I hope everyone knows the almighty German engineered Routan is a Chrysler developed Town & Country made by Chrysler workers.

Chrysler

One last comment, we own two Dodge Ram 1500, possibly the best and most enjoyable, useful vehicles I have ever owned,a 2001 Ram 1500, 318 v8,148,00 miles, purrrres like a cat and no problems whatsoever, 2004 Ram 1500 single cab [Hemi with a Paxton Novi supercharger] Thats Grandpa's toy 13 seconds flat in the quarter mile an still gets 20 MPG. I don't think there is much a media pundit can say that will change my mind about a Chrysler product. And oh by the way I will buy that Dodge Challenger I have wanted since I was a teenager, provided our ELECTED officals don't legislate them out of existance.

This article

Seems to me it's all a gigantic shell game, congress has focused on what athlete has used performance enhancing drugs up to the point of hearings and investigations by the senate, all the while America is being sold out and has been for decades. Instead of being focused on doing what they were ELECTED to do, oh lets say perhaps control outrageous intrest rates on certain credit purchases twenty five percent or higher intrest on anything is far beyond anything fair, hell anything above ten percent is not right. Greed has been the downfall of many people, nations, orginizations, and that being said what is a nation? I always thought and was taught that it was a group of people bonded together and working together for the greater good of all parties involved. Guess I was wrong about that as well.

Buy American!

I work for a Chrysler dealership. We are still selling vehicles, slower than this time last year. Yes, the economy is a big problem, but I feel alot of the media is not helping the situation. When people keep hearing about Chrysler is not going to make it without out a merger people get nervous. Having people nervous about buying from 1 of the Big 3 (Chysler in particular) is making the situation worse. I don't feel plants, dealerships, and suppliers should be punished for a few peoples decisions. There is plenty of hard working people in these companies. So before any negative comments come out please think of the little people working for this companies.

My 1996 INTREPID 262,000 MILES

the problem is Americans don't care about America. I have yet to see a toyota run as good as my dodge with these miles, same engine, trans, catalytics. why did I get this good milage from my car, I don't allow myself to be screwed by mechanics.

My friends Grand Am, has 234,000 miles, My brother's durango almost 200,000 miles. What is wrong with Americans, they did it to themselves.

Maybe...

Maybe if the Whitehouse would have given the 700 billion dollars to the hard working tax payers who they stole it from in the first place. We all could have used it to buy a new car and pay off some bills at home. Then the car makers and financial companies would have ended up with it anyway... and we would all be better off!

Maybe if our former President wasn't an oil man, we would not have had to pay $4.29 a gallon for gas, we would have had a little extra money to buy the things that our economy runs on. I know I was spending every extra dollar I had on gas to get to work, and doing nothing else. On weekends my car did not move. My monthly fuel cost we higher than my car payment. You can't tell me that the price of gas doesn't have anything to do with what is going on with the country right now.

Maybe the car companies and the oil companies are in it together... and thats why my 2003 gets less gas mileage than my old 1979 did?

Maybe if we hadn't outsourced all the good paying jobs in this country we could pay our mortgage, and buy that new Ford GM or Chrysler. I know I made more money ten years ago in manufacturing than I do now with my second college degree in health care.

Maybe all the top level "let them eat cake" executives in this country should get nocked down a few pegs, and have to live on what they pay the working people of this country. ...Sad thing is that we actually have minimum wage laws in this country to keep them from paying us any less. While they collect millions in bonuses. How about a maximum wage law? These people are the reason this country is where it is today. These greedy bastards who had the power to choke out the middle class of America, not Joe the plumber. They are the ones who pissed on this country, and its strong industrial back bone.. because of greed!!! Padding up their bonus checks. If average people had control.. we would all get a fair share and make a good living. Our country would be a super power.

Maybe trouble in the Middle East would be a good excuse for greedy oil companies to rape us all at the pump. It's a shame that thousands of our troops had to die so Bush and his buddies could get richer. Theres your weapon of mass destruction.

Maybe if we were not spending bilions in Iraq... Americans would not still be living in FEMA trailers... Quit F-ing around and make a great big sheet of glass where the Middle East used to be.. and worry about our own countries problems for once. We can't control what is going to happen over there.. when we do leave it is all going to go to hell the next minute.

Maybe we should stop being the hall monitor to the whole planet. That is why NATO exsists.

Maybe if we open up our oil reserves a little bit, the rag heads would not be able to defeat our country with a gas pump! And don"t forget the collapse of the Soviet Union... we could be next... and THEY are counting on it!!!

We need to all stick together and get this country back on top
