Fun and Cute Girlly Accessories

I hope Clare's doesn't close. My daughter would be so disappointed. Clare's has a nice selection of jewelry and hair accessories. I've really come to depend on Clare's when I am looking for gifts for little girls. They are the first place I go to when I need a birthday gift for my daughter and my niece.

it would be a shame to lose claires yes it is great for young kids , but my friends and i who are in our fifties often shop claires for a little fun glam at great prices we love claires long may it remain!!!!!!!!!

it would be a shame to lose the claires stores. i have been to many of them in this country and even one in france! i have shopped for my kids who absolutely love the place. (claires offers birthday parties and my girls have been to many of these and totally enjoyed themselves.) my friends and i have a great time shopping for inexpensive glam trinkets there, so it's obviously a multigenerational esperience. i for one would hate to lose such an iconic and fun store.....

Everybody's got it

Walk into a Claire's and you can see what everybody else has, Walmart, convenience stores and even dollar stores. Claires has been like that for 15 years. What's so specialty about them???

Dear Bearni..

Have you ever worked at at Claire's? I do! All of there stuff is made mainly from China. Not a single item, jewelry wise, from the US.

Randy doesn't sound bitter...

Reality

Claire's actually fried over 80 district managers.

As far as the closing of stores whose leases are up... it isn't just the ones that have been down for years. It could be any store that they feel are not selling as much as corporate expects them to be selling.

I was an assistant there... my store closed down.

Life goes on...
