Imports are junk anyway AMERICAN MUSCLE FOREVA

Im a Chrysler man myself and if it were to fold, I would never buy an import, I would either buy a chevy or keep my old ride on the road, the government should put tariffs on imports like other countries do to american cars imported into their countries and maybe we would be able to hold onto our tradition, it seems weird that the banks had no problem getting millions of dollars but the auto makers cant get anything, weird

Jeep engines and dodge engines

Just fold you have the worst engines in the jeep liberty sport 2002. And worst of all your company knows it.The american people knows this is true!So juct fold up and go away.So after 2

trucks and 1 jeep liberty i will now go back driving a chevy or

a nissen truck with better warrantys that they stand up too!And when my wife and kid were in the jeep liberty driving down the road they could have been killed because the right front wheel came off due to your piss poor parts just like your engines.

Chrysler must die!

Today I tried to change a headlight bulb on my car, a chrysler concord. I found I would have to take the front of the car off to do so. No joke, the whole grill has to come foward to get the light out. Also you havt to take the battery out which is under the motor in the wheel well, so the tire has to come off too!

If there is any justice in the world Chrysler must go down for designing vehicles that are so retarded. If I didn't have to drive my Chrysler I would burn it,and when the company dies the chrysler auto hell will die with them.

Imports

If one of the big 3 fail, I will still not support an import company..toyata,honda, kia etc..never(either will my kids)even it cost 10$ more per week for gas...

That is one of the major problems with the economy( the consumer)

all the import companys also make lots of $$$$$$ and do not put it back into the north american economy

UAW vs BIG 3

Both sides have let us down. I'm a car nut and track the performnce, price, quality etc. of cars for the fun of it. The leadship of the Big 3 have always been notoriously short sighted and historically have lacked true leadership. That being said they actually do make some cars that are reliable, fun to drive and are competitive (some not all).

However, when it cmoes to being short sighted the UAW leadership takes the cake. They may have finally killed the goose, eaten the seed corn and burned down their own house. Take a look at thier website. The koolaid is free!!! An article reproduce there indicates that the wage difference between what UAW workers at the Big 3 and the USA based Honda & Toyota plants is ONLY about 15%. If you translate to car prices thats about $3,800 of a $25,000 car price. The UAW thinks that a minor difference. It's not minor to most Americans. Maybe it's minor to UAW workers

I vote for bankruptcy. Keeping the Big 3 on life support will only extend the existence of the parasites called the UAW.

THEN THERE'S NO NEED FOR FOR MORE THAN THOUSANDS OF NEWS CASTERS!

HEY RICK,

IF YOUR NOT FOR CHRYSLER THEN YOUR AGAINST IT, PLEASE STOP THE BAD PRESS ABOUT CHRYSLER AND DO YOUR HISTORY ON WHAT THEY HAVE DONE FOR COUNTRY. CHRYSLER HAS KEPT GETTING TAGGED WITH FALSE PROPAGANDA NATIONWIDE FOR YEARS, THEY NEED OUR SUPPORT, NOT THE NEGATIVE PRESS. CHRYSLER MAKES A FINE AND COMPETITIVE CAR AND TRUCK. THE LOW GUY ON THE POLE FOR YEARS WHEN THEY PROVED THEY SHOULD BE ON TOP. IT DOESN'T TAKE A SLIDE RULE HERE, IMPORTS AND MORE IMPORTS, HIGH FUEL PRICES, FALSE REPORTS ON QUALITY,UNION WAGES AND SO ON EQUALS LITTLE PROFIT FOR MARKETING, DESIGN, HIGHER QUALITY. WHY ARE THEY STRUGGLING? THINK ABOUT IT! I HAVE HAD CHRYSLERS FOR MOST MY LIFE AND THEY PROVE TO BE WELL BUILT. ALL OF THIS STUFF EVERYBODY'S TALKING ABOUT WHAT THEY SHOULD DO AND SO ON IS LOSS TIME. BUY AMERICAN IS A GOOD START THAT SHOULD BE PASSED ON!

a buyer for chrysler

why not exxon mobil? thats petty cash to them. they can save an american icon and perhaps they would put serious money into alt fuel if they were cashing in on the end product

peter satterthwaite of PA @ Nov 06, 2008 06:39:10 AM

buying chrysler

why not exxon mobil. lord knows they could do it out of petty cash.chrysler could become an outstanding botique company and with exxon do some real work on alt. fuel tech. it might work

peter c satterthwaite of PA @ Nov 05, 2008 16:10:27 PM

buy american or shut up!

It's no wonder America will be a 3rd world country because of all the moronic people who buy foreign products. Where do you think the money goes? I see service members driving toyotas with stickers saying american pride. How's that for ironic! If Americans would come together to take care of itself, we might get a little of our old America back. But until we unite as a country....we will all fail. Keep Americas Money HERE!!!!!!!
