Yes I have a versa. You can text with or without the keyboard. It shows a touch screen keyboard and you use your fingertips to text.

I am VERY pleased with my purchase.

They do not sell with Keyboard

They don't sell it anymore because they are coming out with the new model, they are trying to get rid of all there versa's. You can buy the keyboard on ebay for 27 bucks not too shabby. But I heard it's easier just to learn how to do it on the touch screen. But verizon gotta make money and they were losing money selling it with the versa so they took it out.
