No reason to miss DVD X Copy, plenty of new copying programs

Consumers can’t keep paying multiple times for the same content. For every new device and format, they want you to pay again and again. Until a fair business model is developed, consumers will always copy, convert and / or backup digital content. There are so many new and better dvd copy software programs. Most of the new and best dvd backup software programs are listed, rankd and reviewed at the old 321 Studios (DVD X Copy) website: www.dvdxcopy.com

Why bother

First off: The big mid finger to execs that would like to call me a criminal (with my 157 dvd's that I have PURCHASED). The same to the lame pir8's that haven't helped the situation because they are so cheap that they still live in their parents basement.

Why would I pay Real Networks for something that can already be done? There are plenty of commercial and freeware apps out there. Those applications just happen to be produced in countries where government isn't ran by big business (Disney or Halliburton anyone?) and actually there to serve their people. Not bleed them dry via laws and lobbyist.

So for now I don't play their game:

1. The library (GASP!) they DO exist.

2. Used CD/DVD Store or Amazon used

3. Netflix at $8.99/month

No studio will see my $$ ever again. All while playing by the rules.

"They can also watch those DVDs on other computers, up to four at a price of $20 each."

Why would anyone use something like this with all its restrictions when Slysoft's AnyDVD/CloneDVD will do this without the restrictions *and* will rip BluRay? Or when any number of free products you can find on the Internet will also let you do this without the restrictions?

...the first specilized virus attack took out DVDDecryptor, but

it was a fairly straight forward fix. The last one took out the

DVD itself, and I'm too disinterested to fix it. Bill Gates can

fix it.
