New iPhone Might be a BlackBerry Killer

Agreed

I agree. I'm 6'4" and my hands are like bricks. I have no problem typing on my iPhone. It's just different and one has to get used to it. It's not different than getting used to a blackberry or any other smartphone.

I love it.

the storm didnt really strike at the iphone and was no where close althought this is a good idea i dont see the hassle with a virtual keyboard as i own as iphone me self...

also there was talk about an iphone nano but i think that is a bunch of BS

what ever apple does it better be big and make some improvements or the customers arnt going to be happy.

Goofs

I think that the people complaining about the lack of a keyboard on the iphone have never even used an iphone. I have big fingers and i have no problem typing with my iphone. Why don't they just give it a rest. A physical keyboard would ruin a perfectly good phone. If you need a physical keyboard that bad then buy a blackberry and stop whining about the iphone.

Worst analysis ever

Even the quickest of study of Apple's history will show that "buttons" are not something that they want more of. Follow the history of the iPod and how year after year they have condensed the controls until they have hit the balance point of what needs to be there and what does not.

This could also be shown by Apple's new wireless keyboard. There is not even a number pad.

There is no way that Apple would let a design out that resembles a competitors design. Have we ever seen Apple strive to be like anyone else?

Added functionality would be the farthest stretch that you would see towards expanding the iPhone to being used as a computer for students. The possibility of a bluetooth keyboard is even a stretch but possible.

Look for better battery life, signal strength, speed and memory increases. Those will be the issues that engineers have been working on.

The iPhone that I paid $500, for $99 today.

> A $99 model did show up this week at AT&T stores.

> But those are refurbished iPhones. Hardly a big deal

The iPhone that I paid $500, for $99 today.

If they build it, it will sell

Apple's already demonstrated this in a big way.

Big in front rarely means that you can't bo back to the future in order to pull away.

Does Apple innovate? Yes. And sometimes no. They more often than not make good products better.

Strike while the keyboard is hot.

New iPhone Might be a BlackBerry Killer

Prize to the iPhone 3G or original iPhone user huffing and puffing most expressively at the demeaning thought of ruining the world class design of their iPhones with a real pushbutton keyboard.
