Another "water-powered" device has hit the market. The latest version from an outfit called Bedol What's Next is attractive and maybe worth the $16 as a conversation piece.

But like other clocks and calculators that came before, it's hardly a breakthrough in new "green" power. As is explained on a site where physicists gather, the power comes from slowly dissolving metal that's immersed in the water—not from the water itself. Not much different from the potato batteries that kids play with.

This blog is really informative; I have gone through all the posts. I don't know why the blog master is not interested in posting some more relative information. I request the blog master to add some more content to this great blog. I shall link from my blogs to this blog soon.

Or not...

Was it a slow news day? First someone who says there are 20 hot jobs for aging boomers, then fails to say what they are, and now another blogger with a headline suggesting a panacea for our energy needs, then disses the whole thing as no more than a potato battery in a clock. Slow news day? Or is there a contest to have the most misleading headline on a blog today?

Tell you all what... When you all grow up and actually have headlines that suggest the actual, legitimate content of the news story (whose stupid idea was it to have people BLOG their opinions and call it 'news'???), let me know. Until then, USNews is USViews and currently has less reporting substance and legitimacy than the National Enquirer.
