cell phone ads

I started getting cell phone ads in text messages. It was impossible to turn off the feature from the phone , so I had sprint PCS do so at the switch. At my text message rate , I do not wish to receive ads. Cell phone ads should be in the same status as unasked for fax. You should at least be able to file suit. That won't help much if they are off shore, as I suspect many will be to avoid this issue.

I understand a FREE service with ads. I will not stay put for paid service with ads. I will do all in my power to avoid getting ads and will resent the advertiser. I suspect I may not be the only person that feels that way.
