AOL scam- Is there a resolution to the scam?

Well we are getting charged the same price of $32.90(USD). I was wondering if you can ever make them stop? I also had a question in mind. If you cancel the checking account that they charge you on will they go to your savings acount? Or will they just stop?

PLEASE RESPOND ASAP...i only have a couple weeks before they charge again and i'm trying to stop this.

AOL- The biggest scam on the internet.

I canceled our acct April of 2007. Guess what? They are still charging my account 32.90 each month. I canceled using their socalled convenient site cancel.aol.com. They say they have no record of my request. I asked the rep if he saw any use of the e-mail coming or going. He said No. Why would I continue to pay for the service if I am not going to use it. We have been Very happy with Comcast for the past 25 months. The math aol @ 32.90 X 25 months= 822.50. Every time I ask NORMAN how to get my $$$ back, he restated the same time over and over. " Sorry to see you leaving Aol, you may cancel your service at the above web address" Also, It was easier to potty train my kids then it was to find contact phone number for AOL.
