Interstate Commerce, federal regulation and eminent domain are not addresssed by the Court lately except to favor the Feds.

She said she did not know about the Puerto Rican activist group law suits concerning federal funding for abortions. She was either incompetent or lying.

With federally mandated health care, there will be a huge increase in cases involving what should be funded and for whom, abortions, mental health, viagra, cancer drugs for dying and who has to pay what to whom.

Sotomayor is not a good choice as she is socialistic liberal who has a racial, ethnic bias who believes the law should be applied on a rich/poor - browner/whiter basis.
