Fantasy Obama Vs. Reality Obama

Back to blog

I'm conservative.

As a conservative I'll tell you George Bush was not conservative. And now after his shockingly bad administration, the communists use Bush's neocon liberalism as a lever to overthrow the Constitution.

There will be a Tea Party. If you are a conservative you plainly see the gift Bush gave to the hardcore Left. Sure John Kerry would have been worse, and conservatives voted against him. It's a symptom.

Republicans (like Bush/McCain/Steele) are too liberal. Our choices are Lefty or full-blown fascist commie. It's time for a serious correction.

Conservatives need their own party - a Tea Party - to restore and preserve the fundamental American values that made this country great. McCain-Kennedy-Lieberman? No way. The UN? Ha! Cap and Trade rent-seeking Enron scams mandated by the government? NO. Washington is dirty. It's time to clean house.

No Demoocrats, no Republicans, No Greens... Tea Party.

Get back to basics, America.

BUSH ON STEROIDS

At least Bush is only guilty of only the first 3 of the 10.

Obama is Bush on steroids. Obama has doubled down on everything Bush did. What is the difference between them? Bush was a liberal. Liberals ruled congress the last two years - This mess was their fault more than any other group.

Real Fantasy is the Nostalgia for the Bush Admin

There is no end of comic relief from these whiners who seem to long for the good ole' days of the Bush presidency and its net results. These so-called conservatives are living in a fantasy world. The country could not have been left more screwed up for whoever the next president would have been.

There is no easy fixes for the mess Bush left the country in.

The anger couldn't greater for so-called conservatives because this is a self-inflicted wound. What's worse is you're draggin' everyone down with you. These boat anchors are sending capitalism, the US govt and the modern economy to the bottom of the bay. There's a point where we have to cut our losses and we can't cut the rope quick enough to let you sink by your lonesome.

Economy

I know we, who consider ourselves, conservatives are all very, very upset with the new administration. Many, many words are tossed around by those who have a public voice and speak on our behalf. Clearly, because the majority rules and now I am talking Demoncrats (no I did not incorrectly spell the common term for left-wingers) as opposed to REPUBLICans, we are STUCK with this regime for at least 4 years. This translates to, "we can whine all we want, but we can't do anything about it".

No one had the GUTS to follow through on the questions raised PRIOR to this president being elected, such as his citizenship and the seemingly shady stuff with A.C.O.R.N. and the ballot boxes. How does that saying go, "It is easier to ask for forgiveness later, than to ask permission first." I just hope we aren't all annhiliated because our Defense spending is not up to par - because, to this regime, it is more important to pay AMERI-Core volunteers (you know, stimulus via government job creation - no matter that these kinds of jobs are not for the long haul. Please God, Help Us, One and ALL. Help the Conservaties say the right words, hit the right nerve that open the eyes of those who do not see. Help elected officials progress to the moral and financial obligations to those who have elected them instead of the regress into the greed pit of kickbacks and inside deals that make them RICH. Yes, the same people who don't want to see hardworking Americans earn a decent living and control their own futures are constantly getting rich by being voted into office where they pass laws that make no sense to the average American. Only those who KNOW what there ulerior motive is (which is the lawmaker himself) knows that motive.

THE FANTASY OF LESS GOVERNMENT

WHETHER YOU ARE REBUPLICAN, DEMOCRAT, CONSERVATIVE OR LIBERAL, THE REALITY IS THAT OUR GOVERNMENT HAS GROWN TO THE POINT THAT IT IS OUT OF CONTROL. YOU CANNOT LOOK TO THE GOVERNMENT TO FIX ALL OUR PROBLEMS. GOVERNMENT CANNOT BE THE END ALL CURE FOR EVERYTHING THAT AILS OUR ECONOMY. NATIONAL DEFENSE YES, PROTECTING OUR BORDERS YES, EQUAL RIGHTS FOR ALL AMERICAN CITIZENS YES, A COUNTRY WHERE THE GREATER GOOD OF THE PEOPLE IS PLACED ABOVE THE GREATER GOOD OF THE POLITICANS YES! ONLY WHEN AMERICAN'S WAKE UP AND REALIZE THAT THEY ARE FAR BETTER OFF RELYING ON THEMSELVES AND THEIR OWN ABILITIES RATHER THAN CRYING OUT FOR A GOVERNMENT HANDOUT WILL WE BE ABLE TO STOP BEING PANDERED TO BY THE POLITICANS.

Union Card checks?

How about let workers decide whether they want a secret ballot or card checks rather then leaving that decision up to employers?

Less than half honest, as usual

You'd have us believe Obama is the ONLY reason we're seeing your first list above and not seeing the second. Why don't you write about the age of Republicanism? It is after all the reason we do not have national health insurance.
