It helps to be optimistic

It's always encouraging to hear another expert analysis that may or may not be accurate or predictive of future events from analysts who were warned, should have recognized but were too optimistic about the market to predict its near collapse. But I must admit it's awfully nice to hear some good news - though Darda's piece is more opinion than facts.
