Rick Santelli Rant: The Chicago Tea Party Gains a Member

Fellow Americans- Lets Take Back Our Country

For everyone fed up, let's do something about it. What should we do? Well, this is what I did:

1.) Signed up on resistnet.com- the Patriotic Resistanance to the Obama administration (a peaceful group that openly rejects the plans of his administration) Remember STRENGTH IS IN NUMBERS....screw if you are a democrat or a republican. Let's fix this great nation.

2.) Credit lending is not a problem. I work for a builder and I see plenty of mortgage applications still being approved. We DO need regulation on unworthy borrowers.

3.) We need to buy products made in the USA. We need to DEMAND govt quits spending but regulates our to make sure we are creating jobs in the US with manufacturing again

4.) Listen, if it's broke, fix it. Again, whether they are republican or democrat- if they are in office and have been they are either a part of the problem or not strong enought to fix it. We need to replace the current elected officials.

Listen, the government is FOR THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE.

Seriously, we need to stand up for the constitution and our God given rights and liberties. Come on Americans- let's do this! Let's get our nation back on track for our children and their children. Please act now before it's too late.

What the people think/want

How about an e-mail to send them OUR ideas since THEIRS are so bad. And instead of hiring a 6 digit staff to read them, whjy not just give the job to people we're already paying who do nothing there anyways.

Mine? Eliminate Daylight savings time altogether. I could use the extra couple of hours of daylight before I have to pay Com-Ed to turn my lights on. How about having all of those meetings at the White House instead of California resorts; isn't there enough room at the White House? Need ideas on how to save more money? Just ask any mother of 3 who's income is under 40 in the double digits. Just use COMMON SENSE for God's sake our should I say OUR sake. Send money to repair the Gazza strip WHILE they continue to bomb it? Isn't there enough money THERE to fix it? I'm just someone who lives within my means in a 950 square foot house because that's all I could afford when I bought it and thank God I had the common sense to only buy what I KNEW I COULD AFFORD. I still live in that house and NOW THAT'S ALL I CAN afford to pay for. Snap, this makes me soooooo mad!!!

A Real Third Party?

I realize that 3rd parties have never had much luch. I'm sure It would be difficult to find enough thoughtful, respected, individuals who would be willing to take on a job in a field loaded with politicans who will do anything to hold power. It matters not if their actions are for the good of country, only that they benefit personally. The left and the right have it wrong. They are both so far out that they don't care, so long as they come out ahead. I suggest that the list is very long.

Somewhere, somehow, someone will appear who can make a difference. Until that time I will keep looking. I am going to start voting for every non-incumbant who I think cares. I will try to do it considering one thing. "The best for our country"

agree with Rick

yes, we all buy homea within our means and pay our bills on time and who is rewarded - the people who don't do this. My parents didn't own a home until they were married for 20 years and worked hard to do this and send the four of us to Catholic Schools. No one wants war, but I guess he would rather pay for another attack kike 911. Wake up AMERICA! Or we will be another Cuba!!

Investing in Failure

No one in their right mind would invest in failed ventures, however that is exactly what this administration is doing. They are investing other people's money in failed ventures, whether it is a bank going under or a homeowner going under. Taking money from those that are successful and giving it to those that are not is terrible stewardship and will take the whole country down.
