Is a Paulson-Bernanke Resignation Possible?

Debt Deflation

An economy built on debt is a false economy. You can’t spend your way out of trouble. This is Debt Deflation. Neo-classical economists do not have a clue - just like Ben and Hank.

They are Hero's

I THINK THESE TWO GUYS ARE HERO'S... BECAUSE OF THEIR DECISION THEY TAKE AND THE WAY THEY WANT THEM TO BE IMPLEMENTED!!

THE PRESIDENT IS FORTUNATE TO HAVE THEM ARE FINANCIAL COUNSELORS.

ONCE THIS SITUATION COMES BACK TO ITS NORMAL, I'M SURE WE WOULD BE PRAISING THEM

Paulson won't resign ... he needs to be fired!

Just because Paulson was the Chairman of Goldman doesn't mean that he is smart. Rich is not necessarily smart. I watched his performance before Congress and it was pathetic. I also watched at close hand, another Goldman chief, Robert Rubin, who as secretary of the Treasury during the 1997 Asian meltdown, demonstrated massive incompetence. If ex-Goldman executives are so smart, why did Jon Corzine drive 90 mph along New Jersey highways without a seat belt?

President Bush is probably too stupid to get rid of Paulson, so it will be up to Republicans in Congress to make a big noise.

Acorn

What is up with this company.

Why are the democrats protecting them and want to include them in the bailout.

By the way, my husband and I think the bailout is a bad idea.

Sounds the same as the snow job we got from the Bush Adm on Iraq.

Fed is Private Company which most U.S. People are ignorant

http://endthefed.us If we don't see the Federal Reserve is no more federal than Federal Express, we deserve what we get. People start educating yourself. There are forces of educated american's that realize the Fed is a tool of world banks to control our economy and break the american treasury if they will it. Which it looks like the did just that.

learn about the Fed on youtube.

Government Corruption

The kids of the 1960's and their sit-ins were against government corruption during Vietnam. It's interesting to see they have become like the very people they attacked for corruption. I as a citizen of this country am asking that these people be fired and that a government investigation into the activities of these people be done on behalf of the American people. We should live what we preach. If Mr. Nixon was impeached for Watergate, what's different about this case. For the United States Congress to even think of bailing them out, when perhaps many of them knew what was going on, is ludicrous. What is behind this bailout may be that many of these people in government are involved in all this lending?????????? I don't like the Dine N' Dash attitude here. Nor do I like the idea this is happening when many of our "homeless" live on the streets, which may I say many are vets and the elderly. Sorry guys, how can you be any different then Mr. Nixon or Mr. Clinton when it comes to calling you on the carpet for government corruption. Or should you be any different then Hensley or Milikin or Martha Stewart or any other person you were willing to hang out to dry. It's obvious that the American people need to take control of their government and make people accountable for their actions with taxpayers money.
