The Trailer is Ready

The trailer I have is ready to be loaded for the trip away from this area...the Black Hills....but I don't think it will make much difference where we go since such a large volcano will just bury half the US. Given a little time and warning we might get away...no warning and we're in trouble. But where to go and what direction? South to Mexico is all I can think of...hoping it won't be so big the global winter will kill all life.

Harmonic Tremors

Harmonic tremors have started in the caldera and as is well known among vulcanologists and geologists, they almost always precede or accompany volcanic eruptions.

Harmonic tremors are a sure sign of impending eruption. They are a seismographic reading that indicate that magma is on the move. You can't tell how big an eruption it will be just by looking at graphic representations of harmonic tremors but they forecast an eruption with a high degree of accuracy.

I'm not saying a super eruption is in the works, but an eruption nevertheless is now more then likely eminent. It could very well be a mild event, so no need to abandon ship just yet, but keep an eye on this one.

Yellowstone

This summer stayed at Yellowstone Lake, south of Fishing Bridge. The Park reminded me that God has given us all so many gifts. The Lord did promise that when the end of days arrives it will not be a flood. This should be a very good time, The New Year and events at Yellowstone, to reflect on how the Lord will judge each of us. The Rangers told us that when the big blast happens, all life on Earth will end. So, if your close to Yellowstone you won't even have time to say a last prayer, the rest of us will have a little more time.

Yellowstone bailout!

This might be perfect timing! A huge volcanic explosion covering much of the world in ash. So much for worrying about global warming, we can now drive to our hearts content trying to warm up the world. Jobs are now everywhere shoveling out the world and paid for by our wonderful good ol boys in DC!- - Can't wait, soon to be burried in Butte, Montana!

The Sky is Falling or Blowing Up

Don't we have enough to worry about, the stock market, job rate, retirement fund, global warming, now Yellowstone. The mountains are going to rumble! It may blow up, just like Mount St. Helen's, but we all lived through that one and got out of the way. The truth is science does NOT know how big it will blow, when it will blow, what side it will blow. They have information, but can only guess. Relax, take a deep breath, watch Mother Nature, have some fun! When it happens, it happens, believe me there is a better place then the Plant

Earth - God made both,or you could move to California.

Harmonic Tremors

What's making this swarm unique is frequency and intensity. Also, the swarm is in a single location in the middle of Yellowstone Lake right above the magma chamber. What can also be seen on the seismic graphs are harmonic tremors— a sort of low level constant rumbling that indicates magma is on the move...

The US will be in big trouble

I read once that if Yellowstone blows, the whole world would be in trouble. From ash in the air and lava. The US would really be in trouble. Because it being at our back/front door.

Quick fix to global warming

Well if she blows it will make global warming look like a cakewalk. :)
