RP ruined McCain

How uninformed you are to think RP's supporters will vote for McShame, when RP himself wouldnt even support him.

The ironic part of it all is that the "establishment" went around bragging about 200 thousand delegates & 22,000 precinct leaders they now own due to their forcing us out by bringing their own list of Natl delegates & slamming down the gavel saying "take it or leave it."

Did you seriously think RP would allow us to stay FORCED McShame delegates?

Thats why he "suspended" his campaign. He couldnt morally throw us under the bridge like that...remember RP is PRINCIPALED.

Whatever you do dont write anyone in because the crooked "establishment" will count it as a McCain vote...if Bob Barr is running vote for him. If not vote Obama and show the "establishment" who's in control now.

Ron Paul said he'd prefere Obama over McInsane. ....Who maybe Ron Paul will get on Bob Bars ticket.

If RP were to be vp for McCain ..sorry I would not vote for him because then he will have mislead us all..;But we already know he wont & thats McShames loss.

Like I said RP RUINED McCain..McCains best bet is to stop spending money.

He's lost last night with a blow to the head by RP's heal!!

As one man wrote: The 'establishment" will be in st paul & St Paul will be in MN.

See you there!

Baldwin, not Barr

Chuck Baldwin should be the choice for Ron Paul supporters. We have been told that because of Dr. Paul's former run as a Libertarian, we should now throw our support behind Bob Barr. Barr is not the ideal candidate, nor can he claim a clean voting record. Barr voted in approval of the USA PATRIOT Act. Chuck Baldwin has a nearly identical stand on the issues as Dr. Paul. He is running for the Constitution Party, a far better party than the Libertarian Party which at its core would like open borders and free trade, two things Dr. Paul stood against. Baldwin was also an unashamed supporter of Dr. Ron Paul. I plead with Ron Paul supporters to take a look into Chuck Baldwin and ditch Bob Barr as a serious choice in the post-Paul Presidential race.

Free Speach

I see my previous comment was removed.

I guess someone here has the same respect for the First Ammendment to the US Constitution as John McCain does; NONE.

If the First Ammendment is'nt good enough for you, we (us lovers of liberty) might just start going down the list and move on to the Second one.

No wasted vote

Why waste your vote with the same old policies that have driven this country to the state it is now? I'm tired of all the people I hear speak of wanting real "change" who end up voting for the same people with the same policies and they wonder why things stay the same...It's all talk until you cast the vote in November...This country needs a wake up call back to the principles on which it was founded and it is not with Obama or McCain...A third party will not win until people put their vote where their mouth is...No time like November 2008 to send the message.

Fred

If the media would pay attention, it is not all about Ron Paul, it is what he brings to the table. Ron Paul is the man who empowers us to wake up and pay attention to the problems this country is in. No Ron Paul supporter would ever vote for John McCain or Bob Bahr for that matter. The Libertarian Party had a chance to nominate the right person and they passed. Dr. Mary Ruwart would have been the perfect nominee for them, she and Ron Paul share the same ideas on the power of government and the Constitution. Had she been nominated, I would have to decide whether to vote for her or write in Ron Paul. Now there is no question that I will write in Ron Paul in November. If you want to show that the revolution is alive, write him in and vote for local candidates who are for reducing the size of government.

F*ck John McCain!

We should be talking about shooting John McCain, hanging John McCain, drawing and quartering John McCain, and in addition to all of that, lighting John McCain's tyrant ass on fire.

Sic Semper Tyrannis!

I respectfully ask anyone who does not believe in doing (all of) the above to commit suicide in order to make the world a better place for us to live in.

Hold your roll...

I have a great deal of respect for Luskin. Before fellow Ron Paulers pile on him, don't forget that he was one of the few brave souls in the public eye to be very vocal in his support for Ron Paul, both on CNBC (Kudlow's show), as well as in his writings. He has decided to try to make changes within the power structure, which many of us are trying to do within the GOP as well. I only hope he doesn't lose his soul as a result.

What Luskin might be missing is that our economics do not occur in a vacuum. Being Libertarian is not purely an economic argument; it includes concepts of personal liberty, civil rights, and a more non-interventionist foreign policy. McCain's desire for perma-war is not in our longterm economic nor our fiscal interest. It will continue to drain our Treasury, increase our debt, and create more problems we'll have to deal with in the future. If Luskin can convince McCain of the problems that his foreign policy will cause for us economically, more power to him. Otherwise, he is on his own 'quixotic' quest.

Peace be with you.

McCain Doomed To Loose

McCain is doomed to loose. I am a vice president in a Republican Club in our county. I cannot tell you how disenchanted many fellow Republican activists are with McCain winning the nomination. Many who normally would be very actively working for the Republican candiate will not be doing so, and will be holding their noses even to vote for him. I have even had someone who is on the state central committee tell me they won't vote for McCain.

If this is how activist base feels about McCain, he doesn't have a prayer of winning. You might as well cast a vote for Bob Barr. In either case your vote will be just as effective.

Dave of @ Jun 13, 2008 08:24:41 AM

UHHHH

McCain is the complete antithesis of everything Ron Paul stands for, on almost every single issue. Any Ron Paul supporter would seriously have to be retarded to vote for McCain. At least Obama claims he'll pull out the troops. Either way, there's no way I'm voting Republicrat.

It's either a vote for Bob Barr or a write-in vote for Dr. Paul for me.
