Ron Paul's Libertarian Lesson for John McCain

Back to blog

Write him in

I know many have mentioned it already, but it's worth stating again. If Ron Paul isn't on the Ballots this coming November, I'm writing him in.

I just spent four years in the Military (US Navy). In 04 I voted for Bush (as a member of the Military that knew the consequences). I believed that we were securing the country from terrorists, but after going overseas and meeting with most of the people you would call terrorists, you'll find out that there are more terrorists in the U.S. than outside of it. It doesn't make much sense to keep spending trillions per year to keep our military outside the country when we could bring them home and better fight the terrorists.

The oath is to protect the US from all enemies, both foreign and domestic.

And why not save trillions in tax payer dollars at the same time?

VOTE RON PAUL - Write him in on the ballot - spread the word that we're going to put him in office even if the media doesn't want us to

maybe bc Americans are lazy

The reason that Ron Paul does not have more of a voice, besides that our media is biased, is that Americans don't take the time to know what their country is all about. Ron Paul knows. That is why the "educated" people are the ones supporting him. The least that citizens can do, that know the basics of freedom, is to stand up for this good man and vote for him, regardeless of his chances. Publicitly helps too.

Again I ask

TEA-PARTY anyone?? I'm sure there are enough Americans that are true to the US Constitution and what we as a nation was built upon to go out this coming Memorial Day at 12 noon and simply pour red food coloring into streams rivers and creeks (this will not hurt the fish by the way!!) to tint the water red and show support for the Revolution!

Ron Paul

We realy need the kind of change that Ron Paul could bring to this country and he will have my vote in November , the unforyunate fact however remains that even if every voting citizen in america were to vote fo Mr. Paul the Already elected delegates to the electoral college would undoubtedly elect one of the major party candidates. With that said I reiterate ; We realy need the kind of change Ron paul could bring to this country.

God bless Ron Paul

Tax the Internet

Ron will veto any bill that taxes the internet. Keeping the governments hands off this is reason enough to like him.

I have noticed that there is a striking contrast in the level of intelligence displayed in comments on the internet by Ron Paul's supporters compared to McCain's (or any of the other major candidates). McCain's supporters' posts are generally short and display a lack of understanding of important issues, and usually resort to childish name-calling. Ron Paul supporters' posts, on the other hand, display a great understanding of the fundamental issues. They are able to understand and to explain, with great eloquence, all the interconnected issues: the importance of individual liberty, the proper role of government, the value of obeying the Constitution, the corrupt nature of the Federal Reserve, the failure of big government and central economic planning, and the dangers of welfarism, socialism, militarism, corporatism, and fascism. We see that our only hope of freedom and survival as a great nation depends on the survival and widespread acceptance of Ron Paul's ideas. Ron Paul supporters, far from being "crackpots", are the most intelligent, educated, and patriotic Americans in our nation's history. They are hardworking, responsible, liberty-loving Americans who through their own initiative, have become so self-educated on economics, politics, and history that any ONE of them would be more qualified to lead this country than Obama or McCain. I will be writing in Ron Paul's name in November!

So you have heard about him!

Wow! I canceled my long time sub to US News & World Report because I saw nary a mention of Ron Paul back earlier when it mattered to the election, now I suppose it's ok to talk about him now that you guys, in collaboration with the rest of the MSM, have effectively shut him out of contention for the title win. US News you suck!

Breakdown IMO

Current congress: inept

Bush: imprudent puppet

McCain: imprudent puppet contender

Obama: imprudent puppet contender

Clinton: imprudent puppet contender

Paul: Revolutionary

It's becoming obvious to see between spending plans, agenda, etc. all of the current contenders on top result to the same destination. Just different routes to get there. Exponential growth in china and india has been a major cause of current circumstances. America cannot stop that without taking back what was given. A change in policy and monetary habits must change if there is to be change. History has given us examples of prior similar instances. I hope whoever sits in the oval office in January does push rebuilding (and true investing) in America. That means cutting back "give-aways" to other countries. We need to focus on America with unwavering backing and first priority. We currently still have the means though there will be effort to be made. We IMO still have the heart. We do need this now or we might not have the means in another four years of the same.
