How Can You Make Credit Card Payments When They % are out of hand?

I have had credit card opened up in my name, addresses that I do not recognize, and have been trying for two years, yes, two years, to resolve this matter of either Identify Theft, or my ex taking out credit cards in my name at the time of our divorce (which coinsides with the amounts of money charged to the tune of $50,000). Because my ex is the suspicious one who I know and can prove this (with some help from the so-called "Fraud Departments" of all of these credit cards I supposedly opend, they simply DO NOT CARE! When a woman is missing, the first person they look to is their spouse or boyfriend...when "credit card fraud" is reported, even though I have proof of the time frame, Chase stating I called and opened up another one when I was in the hospital at that time, just to mention a few blunders Chase makes), it does not make Chase's Fraud Department do one thing. They are there in name only. They do not do one thing to investigate your ex, and actually, because it is your ex, they simply state that it is a "family law" matter which we all know is water under the bridge. Only when things settle down after a divorce do you realize what criminal minds can do. And to boot, I or him opened up "Credit Card Protection". What a joke this is? They charged me at times over $200.00 per month for this Protection and when I did actually need "disability" protection, they wanted me to visit my doctor every three weeks, be charged by my doctor $100.00 and even though I became legally blind, they did not even think this was unreasonable for me to spend $100.00 every three weeks and provide them a form which was redunant every single month and since the Federal Government granted me permanent disability, that was not good enough for "Payment Protection". How unreasonable is this? It gets better....so not only did my ex take out these credit cards, cannot resolve them for over two years now, Payment Protection puts absolutely unreasonable, illegal in my mind, and countless unrealistic to have a blind women take the train every three weeks to a doctor that really has nothing to do with her blindness, and submit these forms timely otherwise they deny you coverage! Disaiblity could mean that you are in the hospital for three weeks, four weeks, etc. If you miss a payment, they cancel that protection and you cannot claim the protection you paid a high price on, they make absolutely no sense in requiring you to pay on time when you could be in the hospital for your disabbility (which was in the case of my disability), then they ahve the nerve to charge you 29% on those premiums, and THEY TAKE OUT ANOTHER CARD (JUNIPER CARD, OR BARKLEY'S BANK, I'M NOT SURE WHICH ONE) WHO ALSO CHARGES YOU THE "PAYMENT PROTECTION" PLAN ON ANTOHER A CARD YOU DID NOT OPEN UP, BUT CHASE CAN IF YOU DON'T PAY THE CREDIT CARD, AND THEN YOU ARE CHARGED TWICE FOR PAYMENT PROTECTION, CHARGED THE INTERST RATE ON BOTH CARDS, AND PAYMENT PROTECTION DOES NOT WORK!!! GO FIGURED!!
