Easy Healthy Soup

Black Bean Soup

Try this recipe..It's great!

Two cans of drained black beans

One can of Tomatos w/ Green Chilis (Rotel)

Cilantro

Chopped Onion

Garlic

Lime Juice

Seranno Pepper

Chicken Stock

Put all Ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend toogether. Pour contents into pot and cook until heated through.

Serve over white rice.

Excellent flavor and extremely easy to make, not to mention very budget friendly.
