Locking in Lower Gas Prices

Back to blog

What I think is...

What i think is , they're going to get all the money from all the customers and bail.....

close the company one night...and the next day, ,,their workers will show up to their regular work day and find that everyone has fleed the company....

This will be a scam....

Or it will be just like the priceline gas thingy that was going around several years ago. I had it for a while, and then suddenly the company decided it's not worth it and then the card stopped working!!!!

A terrific idea gone wrong?

This is disturbingly similar to buying future contracts.

The very behavior that is at the center of this whole rising fuel prices. You see Bush wants very much to pay back all his buddies that supported him for presidency and open drilling in ANWR and the U.S. Coastlines. Opening up these oil fields will provide many years of surplus work for his buddies, and guarantee their company's cashflow pipeline. He has tried to no avail at the start of his term, he is trying now again with the added help of his buddies speculative appettite in the open commodities market. The demand and supply pattern for oil has not changed irregardless on how they may attempt to lead you to believe. The price increases are not due to demand, infact demand has slightly tapered off due to more fuel efficient vehicles and green initiatives. The price increases are due to simple and capitalistic speculation. Is it a coincidence that this occurs on the heels of a war with IRAQ and the ending term of Pres. Bush? Is this a last ditch effort by him, and his buddies to change the minds of those holding out?

I say... No matter what the cost - keep the moratorium on ANWR and keep the U.S Coastlines clear of oil rigs.

This is another conspiracy against the United States perpetrated by the very people who have sworn to protect it.

I watched it and visited his site and then bought the Info

AND Guess what -- I Works, Its just too ingenious for words AND worth much more than the $20.00 he asked for it ( its on sale now it usually is $34.98

I suggest everyone stop there and see what this all about

Questions not answered...

I noticed the same thing.... you pre-purchase. But at what 'current rate' most of the pages state that they can/will make adjustments if you didn't purchase at the 'right' locations. or if you up-grade fuel.

Seems to me like if I pre-purchased at $4.50 (nice round number) and premium at the station I am going to is 4.50. I shouldn't get popped an extra fee for upgrading fuel.

Seems questionable to me.

Questions not answered..

I am wondering how they will compensate gas stations the difference in price?..

I can't picture many being willing to accept less than their going rate.. ie: you pay $4. per gallon, but the station is charging $5 per gallon.. Somebody has to eat the missing buck.. Doesn't seem like mygallons.com would be able to do this.. Also, when I checked out their site, I couldn't get a price per gallon quote without joining did any body get one?

HUH?

$100??? how?

of @ Jul 03, 2008 15:30:43 PM

It it has a price then it is not free

This company is misleading the consumer. What it is likea pre-paid credit card with you paying all the fees. The fees along are over 100.00. That means I am paying more for a preloaded gas card. Thats all this is. Anotehr gimmick. Come on. Lets tell the truth here. Folks.
