Geography
The Raritan River borders the city on the north, the South River is on its easterly and southern side, and Farrington Lake is on the west.
Cultural Attractions
Playhouse 22 hosts the East Brunswick Community Players, and will be building a new facility in the fall of 2007.
Recreation
The township is home to an expansive aquatics facility, tennis courts, golf courses, private health clubs, and 14 parks spanning 600 acres.
Historical
The town was settled in the 17th century by people of Scottish, English, Dutch, and German descent.
