Climate
The area’s climate is relatively warm throughout the year, and rainfall increases sharply during the summer months.
Geography
Located near Lake Carroll, Greater Carrollwood is a few minutes north of Tampa and east of the Pinellas Peninsula and central Florida’s west coast.
