Climate
Sun City experiences warm weather year round, with hot, dry summers.
Geography
The city is located in Peoria, just west of Phoenix.
Cultural Attractions
Sun City’s houses are fixed around a shopping center with a supermarket, drugstore, variety store, and service station. The Theatre Works brings a bit of drama to the city, and the Sun Cities Chamber Music Society has a six-concert series November through April.
Recreation
The city features eight of its own golf courses with several well-organized recreation centers.
