Why don't you write a check to people in third world countries? They earn like $0.25 a day and you are gauranteed at least $5 an hour minimum wage.

To americans Warren Buffet is considered beyond rich, to people in third world countires americans are considered beyond rich.

warren buffett is a national hero. he has the ability to play an instrumental role in preventing the United States financial system from permanently becoming the scorn of the world and the embarrassment of our nation.

also, i feel it necessary to inform all other commenters that I too, intend of acquiring a copy of WarWar (this is what his closest friends call him so I probably shouldn't be calling him that.

stimulate package

There is only 350,000,000 people in the united states. Why cant someone of a warren Buffett just write a check for a million dollars to every citizen. He wont miss it.

Why cant someone of the status of a warren buffett give every american citizen a million dollars. Even bill gates or someone could stimulize the economy and he wouldn't even miss the money.

I only make 30,000 a year.I cant get a loan but someone on public assistance can even though they dont work. It has happenend.

A facinating man in all financial climates

I have long been an ardent admirer of the brilliant mind and person of Warren Buffet.

Ms. Schroeder's book looks like an engrossing and, it may be guessed, extremely insightful study/tome on this great man. I intend to aquire a copy. It was interesting to learn that even a man of such incalculable accomplishments could still, at a ripe old age, be in process of learning such profound life-lessons as what really counts in the final analysis...love.
